Energy self-sufficiency

A self-sufficient facility: we generate 100% of our energy needs on-site through a photovoltaic system with 3,500 m² of solar panels and 600 kW of green power, supported by battery storage.

Circular economy

Recovery and reuse of PMMA/PC processing scrap. Offcuts are reintroduced into the production cycle or transferred to certified recovery supply chains.

Process efficiency

Continuous optimization of thermoforming and cutting parameters to reduce material waste and energy consumption. Monitoring of production KPIs to identify inefficiencies.

Waste/scrap management

Full traceability of waste streams. Collaboration with certified partners for the recovery and recycling of plastic materials, packaging, and industrial scrap.

Materials and suppliers

Selection of suppliers with environmental certifications. Transparency on the origin of raw materials.
